Washing & Shredding
Collected plastics go through a rigorous cleaning and shredding process. High-pressure washers remove dirt, labels, and residues, while powerful shredders reduce the material into uniform flakes. These flakes form the foundation for the next stage — clean, high-quality raw material ready for extrusion.
Pelletizing & Refining
Once washed and shredded, the plastic flakes are melted, filtered, and extruded into smooth, consistent pellets. This stage transforms waste into a valuable resource — durable, versatile, and reusable. Each pellet batch is tested for color consistency, density, and impurity levels to meet strict quality standards
Distribution & Reuse
The final stage of our process is delivering these premium recycled pellets to manufacturers worldwide. From packaging to transport, every shipment is handled with care to maintain purity and quality. These pellets re-enter production lines, becoming part of new consumer goods — closing the loop of sustainable recycling.
