Plastic Collection

Plastic Shredding
Collected plastics are downsized in our high-torque shredders to uniform flakes for efficient handling and processing. This controlled size reduction exposes embedded dirt and labels, improves surface area for washing, and stabilizes input for later extrusion. Metals are removed with inline separators, and mixed items are guided through pre-sort lanes to protect equipment and preserve polymer purity. The result is a clean, consistent flake stream that maximizes throughput, minimizes energy per kilogram, and sets the foundation for premium-grade recycled pellets.
Washing & Cleaning
After shredding, flakes move through a multi-stage wash line designed to meet demanding downstream quality targets. Hot and cold baths, friction washers, and density separation remove organics, dust, paper, films, and soluble residues. Inline sieving and float-sink tanks separate incompatible polymers to raise purity. Final centrifugal drying and hot-air stages bring moisture down to extrusion-ready levels, protecting melt flow and color while preventing degradation. These steps ensure a clean, stable input that converts into pellets with excellent consistency for injection and blow-molding applications.
Logistics & Transportation
